Best going Out/Nightlife Tops

Its girl’s night out! If you’re single these happen all too often and if you’re married they don’t happen enough! But either way what to wear, what to wear!? Sequins, beading, and ruffles OH MY! Definite must haves for a night on the town!

So you’re standing in front of your bed and a big mountain of clothes you’ve been trying on to go out and nothing seems to be what you want or you just want something new, take some hints from these going out top suggestions. Whether you choose the exact top or a similar style you’re sure to go out and turn some heads! There’s no better way to look feminine and sexy than in a light gold peach top. This silk chiffon tank is bedecked in shimmering sequin on the front, giving it just the right amount of bling. Pair this top with a plain bottom, maybe your darkest pair of skinny jeans, and accessorize with some gold strapy sandals and simple jewelry.
The great thing about going out tops is that they have attention grabbing details. A very sexy feature is the back. This silk cheetah top has cascading ruffles down the front and back. The back allows you to show some back skin and your shoulders off. You can wear this top with a black sheath skirt that hits above the knee and to add some sex appeal red pumps and red lipstick!
Here’s something for all you rockstars. This gorgeously crafted top has a sequin design on front that extends over the shoulder and down the back. It has an edgy cowl neckline with an uneven hem, and topping it off with an exposed zipper down the center back. Pair it up with some stretch leather pants, booties and thick silver bangles.
Haven’t you been waiting for an excuse to buy an all over beaded top! I know I have! A beaded top just screams “take me for a night out!” This beautiful shade of blush in a beaded chiffon blouse with dolman sleeves and scoop neck allows you to pull it down over your shoulder and show a little skin. This shade totally flatters almost any skin tone and can go with any color denim, dress it up with a dark black blue jean or dress it down a little with a lighter distressed jean. Wear it with some great beaded dangle earrings or simple silver hoops.

Jeans for Women with Small Waists and a Large Toosh

I’d like to share some secrets with you to finding the right brand of jeans to fit your curves. If you’re like me, you’ve often struggled with finding the right pair of jeans in the past. Some brands just don’t cater to us women with serious curves. Often you have to go up a size in jeans to fit your toosh in them, but you end up with a poor fit in the waist and thigh area. Sound familiar? Keep reading and I’m sure one or more of these brands has exactly what you’re looking for in a great fitting pair of jeans.

The first brand I recommend is Rich & Skinny(this pair $165). The best thing about their jeans is the comfort that comes from the stretch in the denim. For women with curves stretch is our best friend! This pair is a straight leg style with a vintage wash. They can be found at Nordstrom in the Savvy department.
The second brand David Kahn (this pair $178) can also be found at Nordstrom but in the Point of View department. This pair has a mid-rise which is perfect since it offers plenty of room in the back and will come up and over your backside. It’s a trouser style jean with flap pockets that are placed close together and high, which is a key to minimizing a large toosh. They also contain elastane which will give you some stretch.
The third is Cookie Johnson(this pair $161). Cookie Johnson is new to the denim scene but has increased in popularity very quickly. The brand was created by Magic Johnson’s wife and was featured on the Oprah Winfrey show recently. The fit has really made this brand a huge success. It offers a rise that before its inception wasn’t being offered to women. It’s in the middle of a high-rise to a medium-rise. This pair is a straight leg stretch style with a black rinse. I encourage you to go try a pair on. Cookie Johnson can be found at Nordstrom in the Individualist department. Go quick before they’re all gone!
Lastly, there’s 7 for all Mankind(this pair $165). You can find 7’s at many major retail stores including Nordstrom in the t.b.d. department. This pair is a high waisted bootcut style with some stretch that fits well on a curvy body type. The high-rise waistband sits 2 inches below the navel. The fit is very flattering through the hips down into the thighs.

Shoe Options with Skinny Pants

The dreaded skinny pant! The name alone suggests that you ought to be skinny to fit in them! But that’s really not the case. In fact, the skinny pant has such a close fit that they can accentuate all the right curves including your hips and tooshes, and even makes the most un-curvy figure look shapely. The skinny pant has become a huge must have and a staple in not just women’s wardrobes but some men’s as well.
So you’ve just bought the perfect skinny pants, next step is, what shoes are going to go perfect with them? Whether your looking for a dressed up or casual look these four types of shoes will go best, flats, heels, knee high boots or the ever popular this season ankle boots aka booties.
For flats you can go with a printed or solid shoe. This flat has an animal print that can add spice to any outfit. You can find it anywhere Steve Madden is sold. Flats look best when the hem of the skinny pant cuts off right at the ankle.

Heels can make any skinny pant look sexy and fun as well as elongate your body. Try these sequined thick heeled pumps found at Nordstrom. Dress up a distressed pair of skinnies with them or add sophistication to a skinny dress pant.

High Boots look best when worn with skinny pants. Skinny pants are perfect to tuck into the boot without making the boot look bulky. The close fit makes it easy to slip your feet into the boots. This brown knee high boot can be found at Nordstrom and it has a great rugged western look to it and has stylish cuffed tops. This boot comes in black as well.

Ankle Boots paired with a pair of skinny jeans, and you can’t go wrong. You can get them in suede or leather. This pair is suede with belted straps and metal studs. They’re a real rock inspired style with a trendy look. Tuck the hems of your skinnies in and you’re ready to go.
